SEARCY — The Harding University men's tennis program has been recognized by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) as an All-Academic Team for the 2024-25 academic year, boasting an impressive 3.42 team grade point average. In addition, three Bisons — Florian Gayme, Caleb Folse and David Campbell — earned individual ITA Scholar-Athlete honors.
To qualify for the ITA All-Academic Team award, programs must maintain a team GPA of 3.2 or above on a 4.00 scale.
The individual ITA Scholar-Athlete distinction was awarded to junior Florian Gayme, junior Caleb Folse and sophomore David Campbell. Gayme, a strength and conditioning major from Toulouse, France, achieved a 3.55 GPA. Folse, an architectural studies major from Keller, Texas, posted a 3.85 GPA. Campbell, a Bible and ministry major from McKinney, Texas, earned a perfect 4.00 GPA.
To be named an ITA Scholar-Athlete, individuals must achieve a grade point average of at least 3.5 on a 4.00 scale for the current academic year and be listed on their institution's eligibility form.
