SEARCY, Ark. – A trio of national organizations released their NCAA Division II All-America teams this week, and the Harding Bisons were heavily represented across the board, led by consensus honorees Andrew Miller, Jake Mitchell, and Clark Griffin.
The Associated Press, the Walter Camp Football Foundation, and D2Football.com all announced their postseason honors, recognizing the standouts from a Harding squad that finished 15-1 as the national runner-up.
Associated Press All-America Team Junior running back Andrew Miller and senior offensive lineman Jake Mitchell were both named to the AP First Team Offense on Wednesday.
Miller, a finalist for the Harlon Hill Trophy, and Mitchell anchored a rushing attack that set NCAA records for yards and touchdowns in a season. Senior linebacker Clark Griffin earned a spot on the AP Second Team Defense. The AP noted that Griffin was one of only six repeat selections on this year's list, highlighting his sustained dominance in the middle of the Bison defense.
The AP All-America teams are selected by a panel of sports information directors representing the four Division II super regions.
Walter Camp All-America Team On Tuesday, the Walter Camp Football Foundation announced its 2025 Division II All-America Team, one of the most prestigious honors in college football.
Once again, the Bisons' ground game was the focal point, with both Miller and Mitchell earning spots on the offensive team. The Walter Camp team features a single squad for offense and defense, making the selection even more exclusive.
