Lady Bisons Garner All-Region and All-America Honors Following Virginia Beach Success

NEW ORLEANS – Fresh off a high-caliber performance at the 2026 NCAA Division II Indoor Championships in Virginia Beach, the Harding Lady Bisons have been recognized with a string of postseason accolades. The USTFCCCA announced its All-Central Region team and All-America honorees, with seven Lady Bisons earning regional recognition and all four national qualifiers securing All-America status.

The Central Region is widely regarded as one of the deepest pools of talent in the country. To achieve All-Region honors, an athlete or relay team must rank in the top five of the region at the conclusion of the regular season.

Regional Elite: Top-Five Performers

Leading the charge for the Lady Bisons were four individual stars and a record-breaking relay squad.

  • Tetiana Kharashchuk (400 Meters): Kharashchuk paced the region's long sprinters with a season-best 54.10 at the Arkansas Qualifier, ranking No. 3 in the Central.

  • Hanna Onufriieva (Triple Jump): The senior standout ranked No. 2 in the region with a massive leap of 12.43m (40-09.5).

  • Jerlana Williams (60 Meters): Williams blazed to a No. 4 regional ranking after clocking a 7.47 at the Arkansas Qualifier.

  • Distance Medley Relay (DMR): The quartet of Kaia Bieker, Jayden Bowman, Tetiana Kharashchuk, and Josie Parks earned All-Region honors after posting a No. 3 regional rank with their 11:47.97 finish at the Indoor Music City Challenge.

USTFCCCA All-Americans

All four of Harding's competitors at the national meet earned Second-Team All-America honors by finishing among the top 12 in the country.

  • Jerlana Williams (60 Meters): Williams placed 10th in the nation, matching her regional-best time of 7.47 in the preliminaries.

  • Cadence Sansom (Pole Vault): Sansom delivered a clutch performance, clearing 4.07m (13-04.25) to finish 10th overall and tie her own school record.

  • Tetiana Kharashchuk (400 Meters): Kharashchuk finished 11th nationally with a time of 54.92 in the preliminary heats.

  • Hanna Onufriieva (Triple Jump): Onufriieva capped her indoor career with a 12th-place national finish, recording a mark of 12.06m (39-07).
