Distinguished Service    

- Inaugurated as Harding's fourth president in 1987.

- Initiated a revitalization of Harding's campus that included renovations of First Security Stadium, Rhodes Field House, Jerry Moore Field, and Harding's tennis courts.

- Under his direction, Harding has had 25 consecutive years of record enrollment.

- Facilitated Harding's move from the NAIA to NCAA Division II.
