HARDING

- Harding will host Delta State in non-conference action on Tuesday in a doubleheader that starts at 2 p.m.

- The Lady Bisons head into the series with a 6-14 record. Harding is coming off two non-conference wins against Christian Brothers at home last Wednesday. Harding won 6-3 and 10-1. The Lady Bisons' Great American Conference series against Southern Arkansas this past weekend was canceled due to rain.

- Harding is 4-0 at home this season as all wins have come against Christian Brothers. The Lady Bisons opened the season at home against the Lady Bucs. Harding won 9-1 and 18-8.

- In their last conference series, the Lady Bisons dropped all four conference games to East Central last weekend. Harding fell 11-5, 6-4, 5-4 and 8-0. The Lady Bisons were led in the series by Amanda Berdon who hit .583. She had seven hits and three RBIs. Kimmy Hendricks and Mackenzie Jones both hit over .500 in the series and each had two RBI's.

- The Lady Bisons are led on the season by sophomore Mackenzie Jones who is hitting .426 in 61 at bats to rank eighth in the GAC. She leads the team in hits and ranks third in the GAC with 26. Jones also ranks tied for second in doubles with nine and she has drove in a team-high 15 runs.

- Senior pitcher Amber Rollins boasts a 2.88 ERA in 13 appearances. She has recorded 51 strikeouts in 65 2-3 innings pitched.

- Harding ranks seventh in the GAC in batting with a .309 team batting average. The Lady Bisons rank tied for fifth in the GAC in runs scored with 103.

- Harding ranks third in the GAC in pitching with a 4.18 team ERA. The Lady Bisons have only gave up 11 homeruns this season which is the fewest in the GAC.

- Sophomore Kimmy Hendricks ranks third in the GAC in runs scored with 21.

- Harding has stolen 42 bases this season which ranks first in the GAC. Courtney Derrick and Kimmy Hendricks both lead the GAC in stolen bases with 12. Brookelynn Moon ranks tied for seventh with six.

- The Lady Bisons have drawn 70 walks this season which is the most walks by a GAC team this season. Hendricks ranks first in the GAC with 18 and Carolyn Clayton is tied for sixth with 12.

- Harding is averaging 10.6 runs per game in its six wins this season. In those wins, it also held its opponents to only 2.8 runs per game.

DELTA STATE

- Delta State, a NCAA Division II member of the Gulf South Conference, has a 9-9 record this season. The Lady Statesmen will play a GSC doubleheader on Monday against Union before heading to Searcy on Tuesday.

- Delta State is led by Amber Adcock who is hitting .490 in 49 at bats. She leads the team in hits (24) and homeruns (4).  

- Kassidy Tally is hitting .341 and leads the team in stolen bases with 19.

- The Lady Statesmen are lead in the circle by Shayna Beaver who has a 2.47 ERA. Beaver has a 4-2 record in eight appearances. She has given up 31 hits, walked 14 and struck out 15. She has only given up six extra base hits this season.

- As a team, Delta State is hitting .317. Six batters are hitting over .300 this season for the Lady Statesmen.

SERIES

- The series is tied 2-2.

- Harding and Delta State split in Searcy as the Lady Bisons lost the first game 7-5 but won the second game 3-2. The teams also split in Cleveland, Mississippi. Harding won the first game 7-3 but lost the second game 7-2.

- Last season against the Lady Statesmen, Harding was led by Courtney Derrick who hit .533. In 15 at bats, she had eight hits, three runs scored and one RBI. Amanda Berdon and Marley Edwards each drove in three runs and Edwards had two doubles.

- Amber Rollins got both of Harding's wins last season against Delta State. She had 1.87 ERA in 15 innings pitched. She gave up five hits and struck out eight.
