Hogland, Cacace Reach Milestones in Harding Men's Tennis Victory over UAPB

SEARCY – Harding men's tennis won its third straight home match and two Bisons reached milestone victories in an 8-1 victory over NCAA Division I opponent Arkansas-Pine Bluff on Tuesday at the Harding Tennis Courts.

Harding improved to 7-3 overall. Arkansas-Pine Bluff fell to 1-14.

The first of the milestones came at No. 2 doubles, where junior Neto Cacace teamed with Adrian Torrico to win 8-1. It was Cacace's 30th career doubles victory. He is 30-12 in 42 career doubles matches, and his .714 winning percentage ranks 11th all-time among Harding doubles players.

Brandon Hogland and Chase Stumne improved to 8-2 at No. 3 doubles, also winning 8-1.

Harding won all six of the singles matches in straight sets. Hogland's 6-0, 6-3 victory at No. 4 singles was his 30th career singles victory. He is 30-22 in his singles career and has more victories than any other active Harding player.

Carlos Crisostomo won 6-1, 6-4 at No. 1 to become the second Harding player with 10 singles victories this season. Torrico leads the team with 11 wins.
Harding will return to action Friday, hosting 29th-ranked Southwest Baptist.
