Harding sophomore Brenda Sanchez used four birdies to shoot 1-over 73 on Tuesday to finish the Central Region Fall Preview tied for fourth with a 4-over 148 for the tournament. Sanchez's finish was the first top five finish of her career and her third top ten finish. It also was her best 36-hole tournament of her career. 
 
The Lady Bisons finished the tournament in seventh place with a 43-over 619. It is the best 36-hole tournament as a team since the Lady Bisons shot a 40-over 616 at the NSU Golf Classic on September 9-10, 2019.
 
Alicia Martinez posted the lowest round of her career on Tuesday with a 2-over 74. Martinez finished tied for eighth at 7-over 151. It was her best 36-hole tournament and second top ten finish of her career. 
 
Abbey Bryan and Kodie Winnings both finished the tournament tied for 36^th with a 15-over 159. Winnings was the lone Lady Bison competing as an individual and was the highest finishing individual athlete in the tournament. 
 
Julie Ferro used two birdies to shoot a 9-over 81 in round two to finish the tournament tied for 47^th with 17-over 161. JoJo Perry finished the tournament with a 41-over 185. 
 
The Lady Bisons will return to the course next week in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the NSU Women's Golf Classic beginning at 8 a.m. on September 13.
