CLEVELAND, Tenn. – Josphat Meli and Vlad Malykhin both won their event to lead the Harding men's track at the Lee Last Chance meet at the Ray Conn Sports Complex. Below are the highlights of the meet for Harding's men.
RUNNING EVENTS
- Dakarai Bush finished sixth in the 200 meters with a NCAA provisional time of 20.99.
- Derick St. Jean placed fourth in the 400 meters with a NCAA provisional time of 46.89.
- Josphat Meli won the 5,000 meters with a time of 13:53.23 which is a personal best and a NCAA provisional.
- Savian Bush placed second in the 100 meter hurdles with a NCAA provisional time of 14.11.
- The men's 4x100 meter relay made up of Krishaun Watson, Will Meredith, Donald Nwamere and Dakarai Bush placed fifth with a NCAA provisional time of 40.75.
FIELD EVENTS
- Vlad Malykhin won the pole vault with a height of 5.50 meters which is a NCAA provisional height.
- Lukas Stiper placed second in the discus with a mark of 52.22 meters which is a NCAA provisional.
- Spencer Helms placed third in the discus with a mark of 51.86 meters for a NCAA provisional.
- Kenneth Hatley finished second in the hammer with a mark of 59.41 meters which was a NCAA provisional.
