SEARCY – The Harding women's track team won five events Thursday in the Harding Last Chance Meet at the Ted and Marcie Lloyd Track and Field Complex. Below are the highlights of the meet for Harding's women.
RUNNING EVENTS
- Senior Briana Johnson won the 100 meters at 11.96.
- Sophomore Lisa Retailleau played second in the 200 meters with a personal best 25.13.
- Sophomore Cella Nguema won the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 14.34.
FIELD EVENTS
- Junior Kiera Blankinship won and tied the school record in the high jump with a height of 1.73 meters. It was also a NCAA provisional height.
- Freshman Karyna Vehner placed second in the pole vault with a NCAA provisional height of 3.83 meters.
- Senior Madison Hiteshew won the discus with a throw of 41.62 meters.
