Harding Women Place Second at Arkansas Collegiate

EL DORADO, Ark. — Harding women's golf finished second at the Arkansas Collegiate on Tuesday, carding a 53-over 629 at Mystic Creek Golf Course.

Henderson State won the 10-team tournament with a 38-over 614.

Harding senior Sarah Kmiecik was tied for first place after both rounds, ultimately falling to Henderson State's Felisa Sajulga in a playoff. Kmiecik shot a 3-under 69 in round one and a 9-over 81 in round two, finishing at 6-over 150.

Kmiecik's six birdies led the tournament, including one on the 18th hole to force the playoff.

The second-place finish marked Harding's sixth top-four finish in as many tournaments this season.

Sydney Kincade and Pilar Martinez tied for 11th overall, each shooting 16-over 160. Madeleine Wilson took 16th at 17-over 161, while Cooper Meyer finished 22nd at 19-over 163.
