TULSA, Okla. — Three members of the Harding women's golf team received All-Great American Conference honors Monday, as the league office announced its annual postseason awards in conjunction with the start of the conference championship.
Junior Sydney Kincade and senior Pilar Martinez were both named to the All-GAC Second Team, while senior Madeleine Wilson earned All-GAC Honorable Mention.
Kincade, a Prosper, Texas, native, earned her second career All-GAC nod after a standout junior campaign. She currently holds the lowest career scoring average in program history (minimum 30 rounds) at 76.22 and is the school's all-time leader in won-lost percentage (.796). This season, Kincade has posted a 75.68 stroke average and recorded three top-10 finishes in nine events.
Martinez, hailing from Aguascalientes, Mexico, was recognized as an All-GAC performer for the fourth time in her career. Martinez is enjoying the best season of her four-year tenure in Searcy, matching Kincade for the team's best scoring average this year at 75.68. She currently ranks second in the Harding record books for career scoring average (77.61) and has amassed eight career top-10 finishes.
Wilson, a Springdale, Arkansas, product, earned Honorable Mention status following a career-best season. Her 76.58 stroke average this year is nearly five strokes better than her freshman season average. Wilson's 2025-26 campaign was highlighted by a career-low 71 earlier this month at the Spring Region Preview.
Off the course, the Lady Bisons dominated the academic awards. Sidney Gainor, Kincade, Martinez, Cooper Meyer, and Wilson were all named to the GAC Academic Honor Roll.
Arkansas Tech's Ellen Spigner was named the GAC Player of the Year, while the Golden Suns' Lowell Stephens earned Coach of the Year honors. Maria Velilla of Southwestern Oklahoma State was named Freshman of the Year.
Harding is currently competing in the GAC Championships at Stone Creek at Page Belcher Golf Course, where they sit in eighth place following Monday's opening round.
